I usually don't alter the photos I place here but today I got Photo Shop and I am having some fun.

Once again..

I have no idea what kind of flower this is. I would really like to know. Does anyone out there have any idea?

Flower and Garden, YAY!

With so many horrors in the news this week it was great to go and celebrate beauty. I have many pictures from today that will fill this blog over the next few weeks. I have some of flowers, butterflies, and of course shadows.

That is a weird spot for a rainbow!

I was driving home the other day and I looked up and saw this little piece of a rainbow floating in the sky. It was on the only cloud in the sky.

This is the first one I took while waiting for the Speedway. On the small screen I didn't like it but once I uploaded I thought it was kind of neat.

I saw this guy sitting outside when I picked The Girl up from day care. I just thought he was so adorable.

Gorillas

I love the Gorillas. I think I like them even more after the movie Tarzan. The Girl and Her BFF kept yelling Go-Rill-A, much like Jane. Super funny.

Funky Fuzzy Flower

I have absolutely no idea what kind of plant this is. It was in the line for the Safari ride at Animal Kingdom. The Girls and I both liked it.

Water Lily

I took this on Saturday. By the time I went back yesterday they had already wilted. I love that a photo can capture a moment like that.

J's orchid. I don't know what my fascination with shadows was but I sure got some neat shots.

Yesterday I was obsessed with shadows. This will be the first in the series. It is a queen palm on J's wall.

Lone Flower

I guess this flower has spring fever too! It was all alone on the tree. I made the girl follow me through the parking lot because it caught my eye.

Upcoming events

My favorite Epcot picture taking festival is just weeks away. I love the Flower and Garden Festival. I love the way they take something you would never expect and recreate it with foliage. For anyone who knows of my hidden Mickey fascination they usually put in a few extras for this. I am sure many of my upcoming posts will be from there. Here is one from last year in anticipation of the Festival.

I am not the worlds biggest cat fan but I could watch these ones all day.
